Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Cheery Co. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

Cheery Co. provides balloon decoration and party setup services in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and select NCR locations. All packages and inclusions are as described on our Packages page at the time of booking. We reserve the right to make minor substitutions to materials if equivalent alternatives are used.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • You have received a written confirmation from Cheery Co. via WhatsApp or email.
  • An advance payment (as agreed) has been received.

Verbal discussions or enquiry submissions do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are as listed on our website. Custom or add-on requests will be quoted separately.
  • Prices are inclusive of setup and teardown unless stated otherwise.
  • Final payment is due before or at the time of setup, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
  • We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional charges (e.g., extra travel distance, after-hours setup) will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event: Advance payment is fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the event: 50% of the advance payment is refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: The advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must ensure the venue is accessible for our team at the agreed setup time.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue or housing society for decoration.
  • Cheery Co. is not responsible for damage caused to venue property during setup unless due to our team's gross negligence.

6. Teardown

Setup teardown is included in all packages. Our team will collect materials after the event at the agreed time. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

7. Photography & Media

Cheery Co. may photograph completed setups for use in marketing, on our website, or on social media. If you prefer that photos not be published, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cheery Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, venue access denial, or supplier failures.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
