Welcome to Cheery Co. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

Cheery Co. provides balloon decoration and party setup services in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and select NCR locations. All packages and inclusions are as described on our Packages page at the time of booking. We reserve the right to make minor substitutions to materials if equivalent alternatives are used.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after advance payment has been received. The process is:

1. Browse themes and submit your booking details on our website.
2. Pay 50% advance online via Razorpay to lock your slot.
3. Your booking is confirmed instantly after payment — you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with all details.

Enquiry submissions without payment do not constitute a confirmed booking and do not hold any slot.

Unavailability after payment: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your booking after payment has been received (e.g., due to an unforeseen slot conflict), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of the advance payment within 24 hours to the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as listed on our website. Custom or add-on requests will be quoted separately.
• GST: All listed prices are exclusive of applicable GST (18%), which is added at checkout.
• All packages include professional setup and teardown.
• Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount is required upfront to confirm your booking. Your slot is blocked instantly upon receipt of payment. The remaining 50% is due after setup is complete.
• Minimum Notice: We require at least 6 hours' notice before the scheduled setup time. Bookings placed with less than 6 hours' notice cannot be accepted.
• Short-Notice Surcharge: Orders placed less than 24 hours before the event are subject to a ₹300 short-notice setup fee, applied automatically at checkout. This fee covers the extra effort, cost, and internal coordination required to arrange a decoration at short notice.
• Final payment is due before or at the time of setup, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
• We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional charges (e.g., extra travel distance, after-hours setup) will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled decoration time: The advance payment is fully refundable.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled decoration time: The advance payment is non-refundable, as our team and materials will already be committed to your booking.
• Rescheduling: We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You must ensure the venue is accessible for our team at the agreed setup time.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue or housing society for decoration.
• Cheery Co. is not responsible for damage caused to venue property during setup unless due to our team's gross negligence.

6. Teardown

Setup teardown is included in all packages. Our team will collect materials after the event at the agreed time. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

7. Photography & Media

Cheery Co. may photograph completed setups for use in marketing, on our website, or on social media. If you prefer that photos not be published, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Website Content & Image Disclaimer

Images displayed on our website, social media, and marketing materials may have been lightly enhanced for presentation purposes. Actual decoration setups may vary slightly in colour, finish, and exact arrangement depending on material availability, venue conditions, and lighting. All images shown represent real setups performed by Cheery Co. and are not AI-generated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cheery Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, venue access denial, or supplier failures.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
